Cancelling

Cancel your Pro subscription any time from the account menu (“Manage subscription”). You won't be charged again, and Pro stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

• If you're not happy, email us within 7 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full.
• Exports that fail on our side are never counted against your plan.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
